It’s an all-too common recurring scene at Ukrainian baths in Greenpoint: two individuals, an argument over pack of tic-tacs, a gruesome outcome. A combination of fatigue, and no tip money at the end of the shift brings about mayhem, worried neighbors and a lot of paperwork back at the 94th Precinct.
