Either you’re here to start shit or you’ve just created a strange double standard. This blog has one purpose, downloading albums. If you come here regularly you’ve clearly been doing a bit of said downloading. So now we’re shitty people for grabbing this because she died? Only now is it not ok? That seems pretty bogus.
r.i.p. trish. very sad news and why pick holes in the gesture that this post was intended. a respectful memory of a talent who just passed away, not a cash in on an illegal download. keep your internet politics out of this and remember the talent that she was..sorry is!
nice post nodata. anyone who looks on here regulary will know the intnet was genuine and not contrived unlike some cynical folk think….

Completely agree with pb. People who know & love Broadcast will already have this album (it’s from 2003) & those that don’t know them can realise their talent. Not their best album in my opinion, still a good one though, & part of an incredible musical tapestry woven by Trish + Broadcast. Just wish I could’ve heard her live. One our times great voices RIP.

I don’t give a fuck if he/she/it is dead or alive. If I like the music, I’m downloading it for free. If I really like the music, I’ll pay for the whole album either in CD form or high bitrate audio files.
Bryce you should give a fuk in this case – because she was such a unique talent. Broadcast’s sound is inseparable from her beautiful voice. Their endless experimentation in pushing the boundaries of psychedelic/electronic/instrumental pop was an inspiration to many. To download or not to download isn’t really the question; to spare a loving thought for an artist & fellow human being that will create no more wonders for us listeners certainly is.
If you like Broadcast please head over to Bleep.com and buy something. I’m sure James who has lost his partner in life and music would appreciate it. You lazy, clueless idiots.

Let’s download Broadcast’s music illegally to remember Trish’s death. Yeah, right…
To remember her beautiful voice, you dummie.
Rip, she was a great voice :(
You can remember her beautiful voice by buying their albums, you know…

Voice of an Angel. They were so different and always went their own way.
Caught 4 or 5 of their shows over the years – good memories…. R.I.P.
Thirded

they were on the austin powers soundtrack, so that makes them sell outs. and now you’re all stealing their music, so it evens out.
So sad, a talent gone, will be missed
Lots of love
