This is brilliant, I love listening to Burial in the rain. Makes me cry everytime I put on his music.
Admittedly, i’m a scrawny pale white kid who grew up listening to my chemical romance but as the dialogue samples in these songs subliminally hint at, it’s okay to be whoever you are. Be proud of it and don’t hide it from all these haters out there. Genius, creative, deep music. Listen to this in the rain for extra emotion! 10/10

I have to admit, Burial has been getting more and more slippery / difficult to listen to since the last one Truant/Rough Sleeper. This feels like a continuation on that release and imho, not a good direction to be going in.
At this point, I feel like Kindred was the high water mark and everything since has been a disappointment which is hard to say given how awesome the burial catalog has been before.
I’m still hoping for a return to form but for now I can say, this isn’t it.

Surprisingly good.I did expect Untrue stuff which would have bored me to death but this release is cool. Will buy the vinyl.
Since there’s so many comments I’ll add my own: This pretty much totally sucks. Sounds like his “portfolio” for applying to get a job producing audio for video games. If there’s one thing that totally sucks in my opinion is albums attempting to be cinematic. In a different genre this would be comparably to the band Grails. Totally unlistenable to my ears, what a wanker.
