Hi. We at LuckyMe own the copyright to this recorded work and need this post taken down immediately. Failure to act has to result in legal action and takedowns. You actually posted former releases by us. Please stop it. We appreciate your support and the fact you endorse our music- but this is a genuine career for our family. The stakes are high and we continue to give away a constant stream of free content to our followers. And so, every three months when we release a commercial product – instead if sharing our lifeblood, just please, support it and help us build and sustain a career to provide people more good music. All respects, Dominic Flannigan of LuckyMe
If it were not for this site we would have never heard of your music…GIVE THANNX TO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i’m glad i was able to download this just because i didn’t have to waste my money on a record. it wasn’t a bad ep but not my taste and i would have been upset spending the money on something so boring
With all respect to both of you, your opinion of the music has nothing to do with the reasons we have to defend it from bootlegging. we would never ask anyone to spend thier hard-earned on a record they dont know or care about. we garner press and make free music to serve the curiosity of people and distribute that through credible magazines and sites (XLR8R, URB, Straight No Chaser, Discobelle, Hype Machine etc.) – but don’t take an artists debut ep and first commercial release for free on a faceless site and deem it of no value cause you haven’t heard of them before. that’s really ignorant. with no prior understanding of the artist you are so unlikely to ever appreciate or support music. you effect the artist & independent label directly. its not a huge enterprise. bootleg a major label release that can absorb the loss, and go to all the aggregators of endorsed free content like blogs, magazines, soundcloud and mixcloud to benefit from the serendipity of new, young labels like us.
I would have felt really guilty if the meme “Microwave Popcorn Ass Niggas” was something I heard because I had paid for a release. This album is cosmic aether which I will solemnly only imbibe for free.
haha, people trying to argue against music pirating on the internet. that’s amusing. obv its reasonable to ask the dude to take it down, but to argue about it with the people downloading it…HAHAHAHAHAHA GTFO, you think you’re going to change minds? you think we care? you think he’d have more appreciation of the artist if he bought the music? cool story bro, but i have to inform you that no one cares.
i like the ep. i’m not gonna buy it though. believe it or not, statistically people that pirate music frequently also on average buy more albums per year than people who don’t. so…there’s that.
