    Man, I keep trying to give her albums a chance but just can’t get into them. I’ve enjoyed hearing her featured on songs w/ other artists, but every time I try her own brew it’s just too weird IMO.

    Although Alex Jones’ no. 1 fan is unduly harsh in his customary pat dismissal of whatever he dislikes, I will agree that so far this is disappointing compared to her first album; all the interesting textures of Glasser have been glossed over with conventional techno beats.
