Pretty dull apart from a few tracks, not exactly the cream of 2012 on Boomkat. Getting bored of characterless tracks that explore texture and have no emotion, rhythm, real innovation or melody.
Agree. There’s been some much better music put out this year. Boomkat, I love you, but next year please put together best tracks rather than thinking you’ve got to make a statement to the world. It’s not a competition.
…or maybe you guys have shit taste?
shut it you cunt. don’t act like your taste is all superior because you force yourself to dig this crap. You are a fucking drone with no opinion of your own. Come back to me in 5 years time and tell me you still listen to 90% of the tracks on this shit – you won’t because most of it is completely unmemorable and is just Boomkat making a statement about their credentials as self perceived taste makers. Fucking ridiculous to pass these tracks of as the “best” of the year.
Well, they got Sand Circles right at least, though there are better songs on Motor City than the one that they selected.
boomkat is too busy with its tongue up vatican shadow and everything regis or chris and cosey related to bother with anything else. fed up of this boring “dark” shit. btw evry fucking tropic of cancer song sounds the exact fucking same.
