wow! I used to like post-rock, until i noticed it all sounded the same, especially the instrumental. Like they were trying to capture the, (now institutionalized), rapturous chords of Sigur Ross. You know… So I was hesitant to d-load this with the p-rock tag. HOWEVER, this is so unique! Not just trying to be by copying the formula of others who were. Vocals are like a cross of thom york and the guy from dead can dance WITH female backup. Strings, piano, thunder guitar, smart chord changes, vim-n-verve too! Like if Rachel’s and Caspian fused and transcended themselves. Give each track a chance. Im glad i did!
