Yeah, it’s like some kind of freak trying to take a shit, only they are crouching on a chair, with their pants on, so if the turd comes out, it’s gonna stay lodged between their butt cheeks, underwear and pants. The facial expression denotes some type of effort to beat an ongoing case of constipation.
