I love BoC long time, my brain’s favourite band, but they haven’t released anything since Trans Canada Highway in 2006. Nothing sits better with a head full of psychedelics than Amo Bishop Roden, the tune I hope to pass into the afterlife with. Then again it sounds just superb no matter what headspace the skull has, but I doubt I’d ever get to talking BoC with anyone random in the foul year of our lord 2011. If I saw a new post on nodata from the mighty Boards, then my musical decade would complete & I’d be left soaring with an eagle in my mind.

So yes, Steve Aoki is a tossbag in my meaningless opinion – but at least he’s putting out beats in 2011. But whatever, it’s interestingly strange to be talking BoC on his post. I hope some peeps still think of Mike & Marcus as a yardstick to measure decent electronic music up against.
