“This is one song that goes on for six hours, yeah. Now I’ve realized, it’s insane. When we started doing it, it didn’t seem like it was that big of a deal. So we were like, “Yeah, we’ll do a song that is six hours long – it will be fun.” But then you get into it and your like ‘Fuck, what the fuck were we thinking?”
– Wayne Coyne
lol
seems like wayne is giving sufjan a challenge
Great quotation.
could someone tell me A) what does this sound like? B) is thus a six hour download?
I tried to DL this and it just wont work. on either site. (i dont use [Ul] cuz my pop-up blocker keeps it from working). Also, it has screwd things up for me, as [FS] now THINKS that i am PERMANANTLY downlaoding from them, when I am not downloading anything. In short, my relationship with both downlaoding sites is screwd up because i tried to download this. And that has never happened before!
File size: 811.12 MB….. NO THANKS.
it looks more like a toy you can play with after taken an acid. those cannabis signs are just not enough.
so i´ll save this for later…..
thanks!!!!!!!! ;-)
i can’t open this file either – from FileSonic or Wupload. when i tried to open using 7-zip i get the error “cannot open file as archive” whatever that means. when using BitZipper the error i get simply says the file is “damaged”.
has anyone been successful in opening this?

Worked just fine for me.
As for what it sounds like? Think the Krautrock-influenced style of most of Embryonic, but thrown into a giant void. Oneida’s longer tracks would be a pretty apt comparison, band-wise.
does anyone else remember the days before Waiting For a Superman? when the lips were a real rock band rather than some weird self indulgent post 90’s progressive rock gimmick act? anyone remember seeing ronald make all of the weird noises live with his guitar and a massive pedal bank?
