AMAZING!
C.R.A.P.
Brilliant album! Reminds me of Amon Tobin + dubstep.
yeah, highly enjoyable. not sure how long this guy has been around but made me think blatant ripoff of amon tobin/eskmo aesthetic.
this shit would be physical punishment live
Since 2003 http://www.discogs.com/artist/Hecq – but i don’t consider a ripoff.
Facemasks are the new triangles
Most dubstep is shit because it’s so derivative and the producers don’t bring anything new to the table. This guy though actually cares about making a quality product, there’s enough progression in the songs and it isn’t just wampwampwamp with random robot sounds repeated for 5 minutes. Listening to this you can tell he knows how to make music and isn’t just another teenager throwing random samples into fruity loops.
the guy who said this album has amon tobin as the influence has not really heard amon tobin…this is full of shit and downright pathetic.
Yeah, “maybe” i don’t have all Amon Tobin albums, maybe i don’t have his vinyls in my desk, maybe i didn’t see his surround concert at Le Bataclan, maybe i don’t even work with electronic music and probably don’t know what i’m talking about. Bisous !
lol@u
I met Amon Tobin once, we eat Pizza together and went windsurfing. Then afterwards we played Street Fighter 2. Nice chap.
The links are down.
Plus, a lot of you are pathetic. I’m so sick of the “dubstep” scene which has grown into childish ravers that don’t realize that dubstep isn’t just “womp-womp-womp” tiring nonsense.
