On what authority do you make the demand to remove, and thus damage the opportuinity for this nowhere and unheard of artist to loose out on getting some publicity? On what authority “Bill”?

Bill, no offense intended, but you may need to figure out a new business model for your label. Mikal Cronin deserves to be heard by as many people as possible, and the fact that you’re working against that rather than for it bodes badly not only for his future but for yours.
We live in a new world now. The sooner you accept that and find a new way to work WITH leaks rather than against them, the sooner you’ll reap the benefits. As will the artists on your label.
