I have a strong feeling this is andy stott and eomac.
Andy stott is known for cooperating with other artists like Mile whittaker from demdike stare (project millie & andrea https://youtu.be/umoKKO9yr_I ). Furthermore the deep bases with high distortion combined with the mideval horn blowing is a strong indication for me that Eomac is also involved in the project.
