Bi-Digital coding as featured on the cover of this recording has brought us here: the outer echelons of our atmosphere cluttered with satellites, smart devices of all sizes and shapes with private companies like Verizon, Google, and Amazon making zillions of dollars off the unsuspecting (yet hunger starved for eye candy, abhorrent Hollywood films, pornography, and independent news outlets that pump Fake News Stories) consumer: dim-witted and un-enlightened in every sense. We are now witnessing the decline of civilization in the West and the uprising of magical religious warlords in the East. Are we happy yet?

This face is raining, across the border, the pride of history, the same as murder. We’ve been careering, is this living?

It should be noted here that those who snub their noses at others for their preference to certain types of music (usually The Classical Period or somewhere there about, like The Romantic Period etc. et. al.,oh, and don’t forget The Baroque Period ((or any cheese ball imitation of that stuffy period.)) are actually making a social economical statement: that being one’s musical taste can be correlated to the size and function of the human brain. Musical Snobs do not realize this.

For the foregoing reasons, Plaintiff prays that the Court reconsider its findings in its Memorandum and Order in connection with its entry of summary judgment for Defendant, and instead permit Plaintiff to present his claims and the disputed issues of material fact therein to the jury, as well as for any other relief deemed appropriate by the Court.

ORDER TO QUASH Memorandum and Order along with summary judgement in favor of Defendant’s claim denying essential material elements of humanity. THE PLAINTIFF urges the court to see through DEFENDANTS ghostly ethos and counter-self (claim by Defendant of spiritual essence and other-worldly self existing in a world that is counter intuitive to his universe of origin.) We demand that the court strike down this claim and not be allowed into evidence.
