This best way to wean yourself this outdated techno/electronic/post mathematical/Ambient/Electronic stuff is a good dose of Taylor Swift, Michael Bolton. Yanni, and Josh Grubin. You will shake with cold sweats and chilling but eventually the warmth of life will return and you will be cured ready to move onto Lady Gaga and other such trending now artist.

I was raised on a steady diet of Bolton. In times up upheaval, I found myself getting totally immersed in his music, and it was his operatic bellowing that pulled me through dark times. Taylor is simply delightful, and what talent! Many are just bewildered by her pristine looks, and can only resort to pettiness in order to feel they have a grasp on her oeuvre: impossible. I do not know Grubin, but I can say Yanni is up there with the Beethovens, the Mozarts and the Puccinis of history. Big orchestras, elegant piano arpeggios, music for the educated.
