It’s mentally handicapped, a regressive movement of the brain matter. It is not proper to use the ‘R’ word in modern society. Alleyoop is most probably impaired mentally and the psychiatric community would probably call Alleyooop delusional or suffer from a regressive motion of neural activity in the temporal lobe.
