I wonder what track is the one good song on this album? For whatever reason the music industry gurus seem to put the best song as track three and seem to have been doing it for generations…from where did this received wisdom from anyways? Why not make track 5 the best song? or track 8? Ok track 3 is boring as shit, but it could get played on Hot97 at 3 in the afternoon or in a department store, so maybe this is supposed to be the good song…but then again with “one good song per album” artists they sometimes can’t even wait for track 3 and just put the hit on track 1 knowing no one wants to hear the rest of the shit. Nope, track one bland too, hmm, well I can’t be bothered to look up another 11 damn tracks on youtube to find the one that’s good. I’m sure it’ll turn up in a skatevideo or something eventually.
Excellent comment–will keep it in mind if I do dl this although like you said, it might not even be worth the bother.

thanks for your wisdom jesus
My favorite Hip Hop/Rap Artis Earl Sweatshirt’s most recent album “I Don’t Like Shit” third song on the record “Faucet” best song on the record. His previous release “Doris” the best song “Chum” is song six. The formula might be songs that divisible by the no. 3 pack more punch. Music is strange, everyone has different taste (pending the listeners sophistication) and I find it is amazing that anyone can agree with anyone else about their listening experience. Is everyone being bamboozled or is there actually a collective consciousness where everyone agrees that this is good music? Fight the power.
