The world needs more electro
2016 the year of electro?
Lol no, quite the contrary! I hope the genre doesn’t disappear and i’m always in need of more & more & more. James Stinson & Gerald Donald. I-F and early Bunker productions set the standards for a new generation of electro musicians but i have the feeling there are always less and less records.
one can hope… I just want the genre to be more than just a blanket term used by normies for all electronic music
Don’t you get a bit tired of the same old filter sounds, though, over and over again? I mean, that classic ‘acid’ boooiiiip tweak innananalog stylee… it’s got some energy to it I suppose, but don’t you find it all gets a bit samey after a while? Kinda like jazz, but exactly like electro instead. Or metal. Or any other genre, actually. Come to think of it, ENJOY YOUR FUCKING ELECTRO, it’s as worthy a fucking sound as any other.
I wish you the best of luck on your continued search for more electro. And I mean Electro. The genre. Not just using it as a blanket term for all electronic music.
variation is they key, I’m not exclusively listening to electro, but I can see what you mean. thanks bruh.
thank u!
