The money quit coming in when it was discovered that researchers were exploring areas of the brain that cause criminal behavior: violent acts using guns, spousal abuse, sexual molestations and violence. Past Donors to The Department D’Education Psychique claimed that such research would lead to the end of all criminal behavior and that the world was not ready for such a thing: a safe world, gun free, peace and living in harmony with our fellow travelers. Grad Students who were conducting the research have been placed on leave, their names and all past work and study being kept in the vaults of the N.S.A.. There whereabouts those researchers since the closing of the department have not been located and it is suspected that the researchers were sent North Korea.
