I was going to use this cover for my own mixtape coming out soon. I’m using my extensive fortune to finance what will be the most hyped album in terms of artists names. The picture, while similar to the gruesome mass graves in Cambodia and elsewhere, is a pic of those who couldn’t buy the meds whose rights I own. I think it’s a small price to pay so that I become perhaps the # 1 hip-hop star next year.
Do you own the “meds”, or just the right to the “meds”? Recently I took the ‘Blue Pill’ (a.k.a. A Blue Lagoon), stretched the canvas, went for the oil paints and ended up drawing this is exact same photo (using sublime consciousness and repressed memory from my youth while spending summer months at band camp) My impression is identical to the album cover photo above only differing in that the Pink Skull in the second row moving up and fourth column is now blue (an effect from the Blue Lagoon). All in all, I would like to show this painting in a gallery on Melrose but am worried about copyright infringements. Martin, could you leave the digits for your Attorney on this site, my lawyer (Sam Rothstein) is having breast implant surgery and has been out of contact with me for months. Much appreciated.
