Poor design, A pinwheel with flags to get the thing rolling, but after one half turn the flags impede it’s movement. Makes me wonder.

Jake, I think what happens defies all mechanical laws of Physics. The flags move from their position of being inanimate objects to becoming beings with brains and faces, they hitch up a saddle to the wheels and take a ride on their one wheel car.
