I don’t think ole chez has hatred it i just the way he talks, Street lingo. A rap artist friend of mine when referring to something that is good say’s “It’s the shit”. Younger generations (educated white middle class kids )use the preposition “like” in every sentence. Not only does it become monotonous, it is annoying and contagious. Par Example: Like, I went to the Starbabucks on Melrose like yesterday, and I was like chatting to Chelsie and she was like hysterical because she like broke up with her boyfriend, when this like creepy fat old bald guy was like eyeing me and like staring at my shirt which was like unbuttoned so that like you could see like everything and I was like creeped out like a martian on like an alien planet. I prefer the way the rappers talk, more down to earth. Par Example: Earl Sweatshirts’ new record is the shit.
