I don’t have any insults to hurl, especially considering I loved some of his early stuff, not to mention I don’t happen to have made any hit records myself…
but it IS nice when an artist knows the right time to bow-out, making a graceful exit and leaving a concise body of work that speaks for itself.

a lot better then morning phase, but sounding a little too straight forward pop for my beck tastes so far. the woo-ooo-ooohs make this seem like a mumford and sons esce song, with a franz ferdinand beat, so nothing too impressive really. but ill wait for the album before im too sad. guero and the info and modern guilt were very good albums, so the only receent beck i dont like is morning phase, so still hope for this one
